BASED ON A TRUE STORY 

Driven by the tragic loss of a friend and fellow soldier, a struggling Army veteran embarks on a grueling 2,200-mile hike across the Appalachian Trail to raise awareness about veteran suicide. Haunted by PTSD, he quietly intends for this trek to be his final, one-way journey. Armed with the nametapes of 363 service members who lost their battle off the field, and aided by a unique band of brothers who refuse to let him walk alone, his mission to save others ultimately becomes a profound journey to heal himself.
